At-Home Teeth Whitening

In at-home teeth whitening treatment, custom-made whitening trays are prepared based on impressions taken from the patient’s upper and lower jaws. The dentist selects the appropriate whitening gel for the patient and adjusts the dosage accordingly. For the specified period (4–6 hours per day), the whitening gel is placed into the trays, which are then worn on the teeth. Due to its practicality, at-home teeth whitening is generally performed at night. Depending on the degree of tooth discoloration, the treatment usually continues for 5–7 days.
