Onlay-Inlay

Onlay-Inlay are laboratory-fabricated restorations used when there is significant loss of tooth structure.

If the tooth loss is less than three-quarters of the tooth and the chewing cusps are intact, an inlay is applied. If the tooth loss exceeds three-quarters and involves the cusps, an onlay is used.
